Terms and Conditions for RestoGenius

01 What is RestoGenius?

We are a technology platform — not a restaurant. We connect you with restaurants (Merchants) through our software. All food, pricing, allergens, and delivery are the Merchant's sole responsibility. Your order contract is directly with the Merchant, not RestoGenius. AI-powered features (ordering, analytics) are assistive only — outputs are not guaranteed accurate and are not professional advice.

02 Orders & Payment

Non-cancellable once placed. Orders are auto-accepted and sent to the kitchen instantly. Prices are set by the Merchant. We never store your card details — payments process through secure third-party providers.

03 Refunds & Cancellations

Eligible: Merchant unable to fulfil order; technical error or duplicate charge.

Not eligible: Change of mind, incorrect selections, peak-period delays, uncollected orders, or food quality issues — raise these directly with the Merchant.

✓ Your Australian Consumer Law rights are fully protected.

04 Allergens & Delivery

Allergen information is provided by Merchants — we do not verify it. If you have dietary requirements, always contact the Merchant directly before ordering.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays and missed deliveries are outside RestoGenius's control.

We integrate with Uber Eats, Tyro, Linkly, and Till Payments — each subject to their own terms. RestoGenius is not liable for outages from those providers.

05 Hardware & Service Commitment

Hardware ownership Supplied hardware remains RestoGenius property unless transferred in writing.

Service commitment A 24-month active subscription is required from hardware activation date. Early exit before 24 months may incur a fee equal to remaining monthly fees. Written notice provided before invoicing.

Returning hardware Voluntary — no penalty for non-return. Contact us to arrange free collection anytime.

06 Your account

Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Free trial: 29 days, one per ABN, no credit card required. Data retained 14 days after trial expiry if not converted.

07 Privacy & data

Your data is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

08 Our liability

We are not liable for food quality, allergens, or Merchant conduct. Liability is capped at 3 months of fees for Basic and Business subscribers, and 12 months for Enterprise subscribers.

Wilful misconduct and fraud are excluded from this cap.

09 Dispute Resolution
Step 1 Contact us first

Email legal@techsprints.com.au — we respond within 5 business days.

Step 2 Mediation

If unresolved, both parties agree to a neutral mediator before legal action.

Step 3 Queensland Courts

Governed by Queensland law. Courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction.
